Tracks 1 through 5 were recorded in September of 1993. Tracks 6 through 7 were recorded in March of the same year, and taken from the LP We Are The Future. Tracks 8 through 9 were recorded in July of 1992, and taken from the live 7 Nightmares. Tracks 10 through 15 were recorded in June of 1991, and taken from the bands first demo.
