Driven by the Vortek System, this induction-heated configuration supports up to six swappable hotends, enabling true multi-material printing while sharply reducing purge waste by removing the need for filament flushing during hotend swaps (H2C under 7 filaments).

The 0.8mm high-flow nozzle moves significantly more material per pass, making it ideal for large parts, draft prints, structural pieces, and rapid production runs with excellent layer bonding. It reaches PLA temperature in about 8 seconds, keeping transitions fast and workflows efficient. A contactless, high-frequency power and signal interface replaces traditional metal pins to eliminate wear, oxidation, and inconsistent heating over time.

Integrated protections guard against overheat, overvoltage, short-circuit, and open-circuit issues for dependable operation. Dual temperature sensors monitor both the nozzle and heatsink, automatically adjusting cooling to prevent heat creep and clogging.
